TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM TABLE DOCTOR AND RETAIN A COPY OF THEM AND YOUR ORDER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

BY CONTINUING WITH A PURCHASE IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

TERMS
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Table Doctor, ordered from the Table Doctor website at www.tabledoctor.co.uk. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.

Table Doctor reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.

These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

ORDERS & PRICES
Table Doctor use Paypal as their online purchasing system.

Table Doctor accepts payment by any of the credit card shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.

All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to VAT and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Table Doctor will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to Table Doctor through Paypal by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Table Doctor has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Table Doctor on 01273 400184 .

Table Doctor currently do not have the ability to supply goods to destinations other than the UK via the website. If you are shopping from outside the UK, please contact Table Doctor directly to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website. All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Table Doctor will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.

Table Doctor is under no obligation to accept any order.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you are a UK/EU consumer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within seven working days following your receipt of the goods or the date on which we begin provision of the services. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights. For further information about your statutory rights, contact your local authority Trading Standards department or consumer advice centre (for example the Citizen’s Advice Bureau if you are in the UK). If you are a non-EU customer, please see our international returns policy.

If you wish to cancel (or are considering cancelling) a product or service you have ordered from us, please be aware of the following terms that apply:

Applicability of cancellation rights: Legal rights of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations available for UK or EU consumers do not apply to certain products and services ;
Additional cancellation terms: Where Additional Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to any product or service you have ordered from us, these may also govern your cancellation rights and you should review these carefully;

Damaged or incorrectly supplied products: You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation and inform us (by post, phone or e-mail only) within seven working days of delivery. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied. Please note that we will not accept the return of any damaged or incorrectly supplied products where you fail to notify us of this within seven working days of receiving them.

Other cancelled products: If you want to cancel products that are not damaged or incorrectly supplied, then you must inform us of this within seven working days of delivery. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use them. Products should be returned unopened or in the case of furniture, collection arrangements made, promptly at your cost (up to £100 in some cases) which will be notified to you at the time of cancellation.

This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available in the UK from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.

Damage during the course of returning products: If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.

If you cancel your order in any of the circumstances set out above save for cancellation under the provisions of the Direct Selling Regulations, we will refund any money paid by you after any products, which have been delivered to you, are returned to us. In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a replacement product. Any refunds given by us will be made to the debit/credit card account provided when you placed your order and will be subject to our right to withhold amounts for products which are damaged on return or for which we arrange collection, as outlined above.

Where we deliver products to a third party in accordance with your order, you will only be able to exercise this cancellation right if you can return the goods to us (or arrange for us to collect them).

DELIVERY
All delivery times quoted on the Table Doctor website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Table Doctor may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with the Table Doctor at the time of your order, for you to collect the order in person from Table Doctor.

All orders will be sent by first class mail. Table Doctor will endeavour to deliver within 21 days of receiving your payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from Table Doctor at time of purchase.

If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Table Doctor cannot accept responsibility for goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.

A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.

Once goods are considered delivered responsibility for the goods, risk of damage or loss will pass to you.

If Table Doctor are unable to deliver your order within 21 days, Table Doctor will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.

Table Doctor is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Table Doctor is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.

PAYMENT SECURITY
Table Doctor uses Paypal for online payments. Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding Paypal's secure systems please visit their website www.paypal.co.uk/uk. Table Doctor is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

PRIVACY
Table Doctor does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Please see our privacy statement for further details.

RETURNS
In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Table Doctor on 01273 400184. Table doctor accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
